Bicycles and other large objects (e.g. surfboards) will be charged for and limited to one unit per passenger. These will be transported on bike racks or in the trailer, not in the bus – bookings are essential.

Yes, all lost property will be held for a couple of weeks.  Please contact the office to arrange the return of your item/s.

Passengers need to report to the departure point at least 15 minutes prior to departure. Departure time means bus will be loaded and leaving.

Yes, but only if seats are available.  If you would like to guarantee a seat we recommend that you book in advance.  There are no eftpos facilities available on board so you will need to have cash ready.
